a Classic American Neighborhood in Historic Franklin, TN

Cottonwood is a community intentionally built to evoke memories of small-town America. Cape Cod and Colonial Williamsburg style homes dot the neighborhood, tucked underneath a canopy of shade trees. It truly is a special place to live.

Cottonwood Clubhouse and Pool

Located in the back of neighborhood, the Cottonwood Clubhouse and Pool is the heartbeat of the community, especially during the summer months. In addition to the clubhouse and pool, there are tennis courts and pickleball courts, soccer fields, and plenty of open lawn space. In addition to all of that, there is a pathway back to the Harpeth River where you can wade into the river or launch a kayak or canoe for an adventure. The Clubhouse lawn is also the site for one of Cottonwood’s greatest traditions, the annual Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks Show.
